1. I want to pay online using my credit card. Are my transactions secured?
Yes. Definitely. We have partnered with PayPal to make your transaction is secure. Don’t have a PayPal account but want to use your credit card? Good news is you don’t have to have a PayPal account. You can opt to pay using credit card. Just look for the sign.
2. I don’t have a credit card. How can I purchase?
Don’t worry. We also accept bank deposits. Upon checkout, just click on “Pay Using Bank Deposit” and it will automatically tag us about your order. Once we receive your order, please wait for the email from us with the invoice attached. It will contain the bank details and transaction number. For faster processing, please send your deposit slip immediately, together with the transaction number to email@example.com. Once received, we will process your order right away and inform you once we’ve shipped your items.
3. Can I return an item I’ve purchased online to a store?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns in this manner. You will have to follow the returns and exchange policy of each store from which your Mamas and Papas item was bought.
4. I’ve met your returns policy, how long do I have to return an item I have purchased?
For approved returns, we can process your request within 7 working days. Please visit our office in Pasig and we’ll be right there to help you. However, to avoid the hassle, we strongly suggest that you make sure of the items before purchase. We’d love to see you enjoy Mamas and Papas items.
5. I think I’ve met your criteria for return, can I just have a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not allow refunds. But don’t you worry. What you’re buying is a superior brand. We’re pretty sure you can find another item for replacement, be it a gift for someone special or for your own baby’s needs.
6. Can you deliver outside Metro Manila?
Yes, we can ship the items anywhere in the Philippines.
