Payment is easy! We do accept payments via PayPal or credit card. Don’t have a credit card? We can accept bank deposits as well. Ordering by phone? Not a problem. After invoice has been sent, just pay via bank deposit and we will inform you once your order has been processed.
5. Shipping Policy
We are happy to announce that we offer Home Delivery Service for all Mamas and Papas products. We offer FREE delivery service for all Metro Manila customers. For outside Metro Manila, a minimal fee shall be charged.
We understand and we like to make your lives easier through our Home Delivery Service. Here’s the process. Once we confirm your payment, we shall prepare your items before our 3:00pm cut-off time and schedule them for delivery. For Metro Manila deliveries, please allow a standard delivery of 5 to 7 business days. For Provincial, delivery lead time will depend on our third party courier. 7. Returns and Exchange Policy
For unopened and undamaged items, you are free to make a return in exchange for another item, or credits to your account within 7 working days. Did your items arrive faulty/damaged? We are truly sorry for this and will work on your replacement ASAP. This will be subject for inspection and approval. It is highly advisable to call us first before coming to our office to express your intent for return and/or exchange so we can prepare accordingly and avoid for your long wait. Please be ready with your receipt/invoice or order confirmation, as well as any identification card for faster service.
